Starting the Mo....in September!

Matt's Movember 

So, last year during the month of November, while my partner was away, i decided 'Wouldn't it be a great idea to grow a handlebar mustache and try and raise some money'.

I had made my decision, i had a holiday booked and now the weird idea of growing something that gives me free entry to every G.A.Y Club and Village People Tribute in the land, LET THE MOWING COMMENCE!

It turned out to be a fairly successful attempt to raise some money for prostate cancer growing some facial hair and annoying my facebook friends for cash.

Well that was all the way back in 2011....It's a brand new year and a brand new Mo!

My Other half suggested that i should try out a blog and show not just my fundraising progress,but my Mo growing progress too, so....*Deep Breath*....HERE GOES!

Growing, or Mowing as i will be calling it has been going for roughly a week now and is going well.... I haven't just given up shaving (To an extent) but also kisses (My other half isn't a fan of a facial rug, but it's for a great cause). Happily happy with my bodies ability to grow facial hair at a super human rate, i knew the feat of just growing another Handlebar Mustache would just be silly....OH NO, I was going to go for something far more exciting.... Now i know what look i'm going for, but purely in the interests of this blog and those people i hope to get sponsors from, the final design is a secret. Lets just say, think Victorian Englishman and Dali and you could be close.

As the weeks go on, i'll be sure to post my progress, firstly of the mega grow-a-thon and then secondly of the epic MO, well i hope it will be at any rate!

So Hide your Daughters, Shoot your Sons as i unleash my face on the world, i hope you all don't find it too offensive.

               So there you have it, a few days of growing for my Mo.. Hoping this is a really great Movember, not just for me, but for everyone helping to raise money for anything.
